

GATHERINGS AT THE COLLECTIVE
Gatherings at The Collective is your space to celebrate, connect, and create unforgettable moments. Whether you’re hosting a children’s birthday party, a baby shower, a meeting, a family reunion, or anything in between, our venue is designed to bring your vision to life. With flexible spaces, charming amenities, and a team dedicated to making your experience seamless, The Collective is the perfect place for your next gathering. FULL-SERVICE THEMED GATHERING FOR (AGES 1-11)
$450 – Event Space
(2 hours with an additional 30 minute set up for food prior to the start of the event)
$100 refundable deposit required at the time of booking (this deposit will be paid back upon satisfaction of the facility being left clean and no damages)
Full amount of event must be paid fourteen days prior to event date. Cash, Card, Venmo, and Cash App are all accepted upon payment. No checks please.
Seating for 12 little party guests (additional seating can be requested and paid for upon booking)
Fully themed décor along our party tables (including place settings; plates, cups, napkins & forks)
Two Bouncy Houses, Art Station, Discovery Center, Pretend Play Fun
Digital media signage will be displayed on in-house televisions and is included with your gathering package.
You provide all food and drink. NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON THE PREMESIS.
You bring any serving pieces needed for you gathering (platters, cake stands, tongs, cake knife, etc..)
You are responsible for all trash cleanup after your gathering and to leave the space as you found it.
Waivers are required for all little party guests and must be completed prior to entry. Guests without a signed waiver will not be permitted to participate.
Socks are required for all guests. No bare feet or shoes permitted in the play areas. Socks will be available for sale for $2.
Dedicated staff will be present for the full duration of your gathering, providing support and ensuring a safe, seamless experience from start to finish.
Additional gathering upgrades can be added to your package.
